Welcome to TCG World, an expansive metaverse experience brought to you by TCG Bahamas Ltd. ("TCG World", "we", "our", or "us"). This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "End User," or "you") and TCG World. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TCG World, including its associated software, website, UNIT tokens, and in-game items, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
This EULA governs your rights and responsibilities in relation to TCG World, including virtual land, vehicles, digital assets, and other features available within our immersive platform. By continuing to use TCG World, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

1. Introduction
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
• By accessing, downloading, installing, or using TCG World, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with TCG World. Your use of TCG World constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this EULA and all associated terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you are prohibited from accessing or using the platform, and you must uninstall and cease all use immediately. • TCG World reserves the sole right to determine whether you have violated any provisions of this EULA. Your continued access to or use of TCG World serves as your ongoing acknowledgment and acceptance of this Agreement, including any amendments or modifications as described in Section 1.2. • Binding Nature: This Agreement binds you individually or any entity on whose behalf you act. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement. Any use of TCG World in violation of these terms is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access, as detailed in Section 8.
1.2 Amendments to the Agreement
TCG World reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, except where required by applicable law. Such amendments may be made to address changes in legal requirements, business practices, platform functionality, or any other operational considerations. • Notification of Changes: Updates to this Agreement will be posted on the official TCG World website or within the platform itself. Additional notice, such as email notifications or in-platform messages, may be provided at our sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. • User Responsibility: It is solely your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must immediately discontinue your use of TCG World. Failure to comply with the updated terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1.3 Eligibility Criteria
To access or use TCG World, you represent and warrant that you meet the following eligibility requirements: • Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. • Legal Capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into and comply with this Agreement under applicable laws. • Jurisdictional Compliance: You are not located in, or accessing TCG World from, any jurisdiction where the use of blockchain-based platforms, digital assets, or online services provided by TCG World is prohibited by law. • No Restrictions: You are not subject to any legal restrictions, sanctions, or prohibitions that would prevent your use of the platform or participation in its activities. • User Responsibility: You agree to comply with this EULA and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during your use of TCG World.
1.4 Non-Compliance
Any false representations regarding eligibility constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, termination of access, or legal action, as determined at TCG World’s sole discretion.
2. Grant of License
2.1 Scope of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, TCG World grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use TCG World solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is granted for the sole purpose of accessing the platform and participating in its services, features, and functionalities as provided by TCG World. • Permitted Use: You may access and use TCG World for entertainment, exploration, and interactions within the metaverse, including but not limited to acquiring and managing virtual assets, engaging with other users, and participating in events and activities facilitated by TCG World. • Prohibited Use: This license does not permit you to use TCG World for any commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized in writing by TCG World.
2.2 Limitations and Restrictions
Your license to use TCG World is subject to the following limitations and restrictions: • No Distribution or Resale: You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the platform, its software, or any associated content to any third party. • No Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or underlying technology of TCG World. • No Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, or other user accounts, including through hacking, password mining, or any other means. • No Circumvention: You may not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features, access controls, or usage restrictions implemented by TCG World. • Compliance: You agree to use TCG World only in accordance with applicable laws, this EULA, and any additional guidelines or rules provided by TCG World.
2.3 Ownership Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to TCG World, including but not limited to its software, graphics, audio, text, design, digital assets, trademarks, and any intellectual property embodied therein, are and shall remain the sole property of TCG World or its licensors . • No Ownership Transfer: This EULA grants you a limited right to use the platform; it does not transfer any ownership rights to you. • Digital Assets: While you may acquire certain digital assets within TCG World, such as virtual land or vehicles, such acquisitions confer only a limited license to use those assets within the platform, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property and technology remains with TCG World. • Reservation of Rights: TCG World reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of the platform or its content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of TCG World’s intellectual property rights.
3. Installation and Use
3.1 System Requirements
To access and use TCG World, you are responsible for ensuring that your devices meet the minimum technical specifications required to run the platform. These specifications may vary depending on the version of the software and updates introduced by TCG World. • Hardware and Software: You must maintain compatible hardware, software, and internet connectivity at your own expense. TCG World is not liable for any performance issues or incompatibility resulting from insufficient system requirements. • Updates: TCG World may update the platform to enhance features, address technical issues, or improve security. You agree to download and install such updates as required to maintain access to TCG World.
3.2 User Account Creation
To access certain features and functionalities of TCG World, you must create and maintain a user account. By creating an account, you agree to the following: • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. TCG World reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information. • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to TCG World. • Account Ownership: You may not sell, lease, transfer, or share your account with any third party. All accounts are personal and non-transferable. • Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if there are any changes to ensure it remains accurate and complete
3.3 Security and Account Responsibility
Your use of TCG World is subject to maintaining the security of your account and adherence to the following responsibilities: • Unauthorized Access: You agree to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account and the platform. This includes safeguarding your login credentials and using secure devices. • User Liability: You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including any actions taken by third parties using your credentials. TCG World is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse of your account unless caused by a breach of TCG World’s systems. • Account Recovery: In the event of a lost or compromised account, you must follow TCG World’s account recovery process. TCG World reserves the right to verify your identity before restoring access and may deny recovery requests if sufficient evidence of ownership is not provided.
4. Virtual Currency and Digital Assets
4.1 Acquisition of UNIT Tokens
UNIT Tokens serve as the primary virtual currency within TCG World, enabling users to perform transactions, access features, and purchase in-game items. By acquiring UNIT Tokens, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: • Purpose: UNIT Tokens are designed solely for use within TCG World to facilitate in-game transactions and interactions. They are not marketed, offered, or sold as securities, investments, or financial instruments. There is no expectation of profit associated with acquiring or holding UNIT Tokens. • Market Value: While UNIT Tokens may be traded on external platforms such as Uniswap, their market value is determined entirely by market participants and is not influenced, supported, or guaranteed by TCG World. The company makes no representations regarding the value, liquidity, or future performance of UNIT Tokens. • Acquisition Methods: UNIT Tokens may be acquired through purchases, promotional offers, in-game rewards, or supported cryptocurrency exchanges. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. • Regulatory Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the acquisition, possession, and use of UNIT Tokens comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4.2 Purchase and Ownership of Digital Assets
TCG World allows users to acquire digital assets, such as virtual land, vehicles, and other in-game items. Ownership of these digital assets is governed by the following terms: • Limited License: By purchasing a digital asset, you obtain a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the asset within TCG World in accordance with this EULA. • No Proprietary Rights: Ownership of a digital asset does not confer any proprietary rights to the underlying technology, designs, or intellectual property associated with the asset. All rights remain with TCG World or its licensors. • No Guarantees: TCG World does not guarantee the future value, functionality, or availability of any digital assets.
4.3 Usage Rights within the Game
Your rights to use UNIT Tokens and digital assets are subject to the following conditions: • In-Game Use Only: UNIT Tokens and digital assets are designed exclusively for use within TCG World. While UNIT Tokens may have external market activity, their intended purpose is to enhance the in-game experience. • Non-Transferable: Except where explicitly permitted by TCG World, UNIT Tokens and digital assets may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to other users or third parties within the game environment. • Platform Rules: The use of UNIT Tokens and digital assets must comply with all platform rules and guidelines. Violations may result in the revocation of your access to these items without compensation.
4.4 Restrictions on Transfers and Resales
To maintain the integrity of TCG World, the following restrictions apply to the transfer and resale of UNIT Tokens and digital assets: • No Unauthorized Transfers: UNIT Tokens and digital assets may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of TCG World’s approved systems. Unauthorized transfers are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination. • No Resale for Profit: UNIT Tokens and digital assets are not intended for resale, speculation, or investment purposes. TCG World makes no guarantees or assurances regarding the potential financial returns of any transactions involving UNIT Tokens or digital assets. • Compliance with Terms: All transactions involving UNIT Tokens and digital assets must comply with this EULA and any additional policies established by TCG World.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC)
5.1 Creation and Submission Guidelines
Users of TCG World may create, upload, and share content such as text, images, designs, and other materials within the platform. By submitting User-Generated Content (UGC), you agree to the following: • Acceptable Content: All UGC must adhere to TCG World’s community guidelines and standards. Content must be lawful, respectful, and free from harassment, hate speech, obscenity, or violations of third-party rights. • Original Work: You represent and warrant that all UGC submitted is your original work or that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to share it on the platform. • No Harmful Content: UGC must not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful technologies that could disrupt the platform or harm users.
5.2 Licensing of UGC to TCG World
By submitting UGC to TCG World, you grant the following rights: • License Grant: You provide TCG World with a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works based on your UGC in connection with the platform's operation, marketing, and promotion. • Sublicensing: TCG World reserves the right to sublicense UGC to third parties for purposes consistent with the platform’s objectives, such as promotional campaigns or partnerships. • No Compensation: You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to compensation for TCG World’s use of your UGC, whether directly or through sublicensees.
5.3 Moderation and Content Removal
TCG World reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, moderate, and remove UGC that violates this Agreement or poses risks to the platform or its users. • Content Review: TCG World is not obligated to monitor UGC but retains the right to do so for compliance purposes. • Removal Authority: UGC may be removed without notice if deemed inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of this EULA or community guidelines. • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content you submit. TCG World disclaims all liability for UGC uploaded by users.
5.4 Intellectual Property Rights
All UGC remains the intellectual property of the submitting user; however, by uploading content to the platform, you waive certain rights as follows: • Moral Rights Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights or similar claims in connection with TCG World’s use of your UGC. • No Ownership Claims: Submitting UGC does not grant you ownership or rights to any derivative works created by TCG World or third parties based on your content.
6. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a secure, fair, and enjoyable experience for all users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited when accessing or using TCG World. Any violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and TCG World reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
6.1 Cheating and Exploitation
• Unauthorized Modifications: You may not modify, alter, or manipulate TCG World’s software, mechanics, or data to gain an unfair advantage or bypass restrictions. • Exploitation of Bugs or Glitches: You may not exploit any bugs, glitches, or unintended features within TCG World for personal gain or to disrupt the platform’s functionality. • Use of Automated Tools: The use of bots, scripts, macros, or other automated tools to interact with TCG World is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Unauthorized Commercial Activities
• Account or Asset Resales: You may not sell, lease, or transfer your TCG World account, including in-game items or benefits associated with your account, for real-world currency or benefits without TCG World’s express written consent. Exception: Blockchain-based assets (e.g., UNIT Tokens and digital assets) that are self-custodied by the user may be transferred or traded in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Unauthorized Advertising: You may not use TCG World to promote or advertise any external products, services, or platforms without prior approval from TCG World. • Third-Party Transactions: Transactions involving UNIT Tokens or digital assets must adhere to TCG World’s platform policies and applicable laws. While users may trade self-custodied blockchain assets on third-party platforms, such transactions occur entirely at the user’s own risk, and TCG World disclaims liability for any disputes, losses, or issues arising from these external activities.
6.3 Harassment and Offensive Behavior
• Harassment: You may not engage in targeted harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users within TCG World. • Offensive Content: The creation, sharing, or display of content that includes hate speech, discriminatory remarks, obscene materials, or any other offensive elements is prohibited. • Impersonation: You may not impersonate TCG World employees, representatives, or other users for deceptive or malicious purposes.
6.4 Compliance with Laws and Regulations
• Accepted Methods: Payments within TCG World may be conducted using UNIT tokens, blockchain-supported currencies, or other approved payment methods. The availability of payment options may vary based on your location and regulatory requirements. • Payment Gateway Providers: TCG World may use third-party payment processors for certain transactions. These providers may have their own terms and policies, and TCG World is not responsible for their actions or omissions.
6.5 Enforcement and Liability
TCG World reserves the right to investigate and take action against prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: • Suspension or termination of your account. • Restriction of platform access for digital assets involved in violations (e.g., disabling their functionality within TCG World). • Reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. By agreeing to this EULA, you acknowledge that TCG World has no liability for any losses or damages resulting from enforcement actions taken under this section.
7. Updates and Modifications
7.1 Automatic Updates
To ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality, TCG World may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the platform at its sole discretion. By using TCG World, you agree to the following: • Consent to Updates: You consent to the automatic download and installation of updates as they become available, without additional notice or approval. • Mandatory Updates: Certain updates may be mandatory for continued access to TCG World. Failure to install required updates may result in restricted or terminated access. • No Guarantee: TCG World does not guarantee that updates will address all issues or introduce specific features.
7.2 User Obligations Regarding Updates
As a condition of your continued use of TCG World, you are responsible for ensuring the following: • Compatibility: You must ensure that your device and operating system are compatible with updates provided by TCG World. • Backup and Data Loss: It is your responsibility to back up your data before installing updates. TCG World is not liable for data loss resulting from update installation. • Monitoring Updates: You are responsible for staying informed about updates through official TCG World communication channels.
7.3 Changes to Game Features
TCG World reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features, content, or services within the platform at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you. This includes but is not limited to: • Feature Adjustments: Altering in-game mechanics, digital asset functionality, or gameplay elements. • Content Removal: Removing digital assets, items, or features for operational, legal, or business reasons. • Service Termination: Discontinuing certain services, game modes, or components of TCG World without compensation to users.
7.4 No Liability for Modifications
TCG World is not liable for any perceived loss, inconvenience, or dissatisfaction arising from updates or modifications to the platform. By continuing to use TCG World, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
8. Termination and Suspension
8.1 Grounds for Termination
TCG World reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform, including your account and in-game digital assets, under the following circumstances: • Breach of Agreement: If you violate any provisions of this EULA or other policies established by TCG World. • Prohibited Conduct: If you engage in any prohibited activities as outlined in Section 6 of this Agreement. • Fraudulent or Unauthorized Use: If your account is found to be involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities. • Legal or Regulatory Compliance: If required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or orders from regulatory authorities or law enforcement. • Operational Necessity: If TCG World determines, at its sole discretion, that your continued access poses risks to the platform, its users, or its business operations.
8.2 Effects of Termination
Upon termination or suspension of your account, the following effects will apply: • Loss of Access: You will lose access to your account, in-game digital assets, and any associated content or services within TCG World. • Self-Custodied UNIT Tokens: While TCG World cannot access or confiscate UNIT Tokens stored in your external blockchain wallet, you will lose the ability to use these tokens within the TCG World platform. • No Refunds or Compensation: In-game items, licenses, and platform-specific functionalities associated with your account will be forfeited without compensation or refund. • Data Deletion: TCG World reserves the right to delete or retain your account data, including associated in-game items, as permitted by applicable laws and internal policies. • Ongoing Obligations: Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination, including indemnification obligations and compliance with applicable laws.
8.3 Appeal Process
If you believe your account was terminated or suspended in error, you may request a review through the following process: • Request Submission: Submit a written appeal to TCG World’s support team within 14 days of termination or suspension. • Review Process: TCG World will review your appeal and notify you of its decision within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions are final and made at TCG World’s sole discretion. • No Guarantees: Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement of your account or in-game digital assets.
8.4 Reservation of Rights
• TCG World reserves the right to terminate or suspend the platform, including access to in-game features and services, for all users or specific regions, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice. This includes the right to restrict the functionality of digital assets within the platform. • Users acknowledge that UNIT Tokens and other self-custodied digital assets stored externally in blockchain wallets remain outside the control of TCG World. However, the usability of these assets within TCG World may be restricted or disabled as part of enforcement actions or operational changes. • TCG World disclaims all liability for losses or damages resulting from termination, suspension, or restrictions implemented under this provision.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranty
TCG World is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG World disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to: • Fitness for Purpose: TCG World does not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations. • Performance and Availability: TCG World does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform, nor does it warrant that any defects will be corrected. • Accuracy and Content: TCG World does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, content, or services provided within the platform.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TCG World, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: • Per-User Cap: TCG World’s total liability for any claims under this Agreement shall not exceed $1 USD per user, regardless of the number of claims or the value of digital assets associated with your account. • Aggregate Liability Cap: TCG World’s total liability to all users collectively for any damages arising out of or related to the platform shall not exceed $100 USD, regardless of the number of claims or users impacted. • Indirect and Consequential Damages: TCG World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. • Hacking and Security Risks: TCG World disclaims all liability for damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access, hacking, data breaches, theft of digital assets, or other cybersecurity incidents. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of participating in online and blockchain-based platforms, including the potential loss of assets or personal data due to third-party actions. • No Recovery Guarantee: TCG World does not guarantee the recovery of digital assets or accounts compromised by unauthorized access or hacking. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their accounts, wallets, and private keys. • Blockchain Risks: TCG World is not responsible for any risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to wallet vulnerabilities, loss of private keys, transaction errors, third-party network failures, or market volatility. • External Markets: TCG World disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or claims arising from interactions with external platforms, such as cryptocurrency exchanges where UNIT Tokens or other digital assets may be traded. • No Guarantee: TCG World does not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or error-free operation of the platform or any digital assets associated with it. • No Insurance: TCG World does not provide insurance or compensation for losses of digital assets, accounts, or data resulting from hacks, thefts, or other incidents. By using the platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your participation in TCG World, including all associated purchases, activities, and interactions, is conducted entirely at your own risk.
9.3 Assumption of Risk
By using TCG World, you acknowledge and accept the following risks: • Digital Assets: The value of UNIT Tokens and in-game digital assets is determined by market forces outside of TCG World’s control and may fluctuate or lose value entirely. • Data Loss: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, private keys, and other sensitive information. TCG World is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure such data. • Platform Changes: TCG World reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including digital assets and features, without liability for any resulting losses. • Third-Party Services: TCG World is not responsible for third-party services or technologies integrated with the platform, such as wallet providers or external marketplaces. • Legal Compliance: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the limitations in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and any legally mandated warranties are limited to the shortest duration permissible.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
This Agreement, your use of TCG World, and any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. • Jurisdiction: You irrevocably agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. • Injunctive Relief: TCG Bahamas Ltd. reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, proprietary rights, or other legal interests. • No Application of Foreign Laws: The applicability of any other jurisdiction’s laws, including consumer protection laws, is expressly disclaimed.
10.2 Binding Arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, TCG World, or any related transactions shall be resolved exclusively and finally through binding arbitration conducted in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. • Arbitration Rules: Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body designated by TCG Bahamas Ltd., in the English language. • Arbitrator Authority: The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including disputes regarding the scope, enforceability, or interpretation of this arbitration provision. • Finality: The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. The costs of arbitration, including reasonable attorney’s fees, shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
10.3 Class Action Waiver
To protect the interests of TCG Bahamas Ltd., all disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. By agreeing to this EULA, you expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action. • Individual Resolution: Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted solely on an individual basis, and class arbitrations, class actions, or other representative proceedings are not permitted. • Severability: If any portion of this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision in Section 10.2 shall be void, and disputes will instead be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
10.4 Informal Resolution Requirement
As a mandatory prerequisite to arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally with TCG Bahamas Ltd. • Notice of Dispute: You must provide TCG Bahamas Ltd. with a written notice detailing the nature of your dispute and the specific relief sought. This includes: • Platform Functionality: Enabling gameplay, transactions, account management, and digital asset usage. • User Experience Enhancement: Personalizing content, providing technical support, and improving platform performance. • Security and Compliance: Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, or other malicious activities; ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Marketing and Communication: Sending promotional materials, updates, and notifications related to TCG World. Users may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

TCG Bahamas Ltd. employs reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect the information collected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. TCG Bahamas Ltd. disclaims all liability for such associations made outside its platform.
11.6 Liability Disclaimer
By using TCG World, you acknowledge that TCG Bahamas Ltd. is not liable for data breaches, unauthorized access, or privacy violations that arise from inherent risks of internet and blockchain technologies.
12. Indemnification Clause

TCG Bahamas Ltd. does not guarantee stability, value retention, or liquidity. • Risk of Loss: Users assume all risks related to the loss, devaluation, or functional obsolescence of digital assets or UNIT Tokens. • Operational Changes: TCG Bahamas Ltd. reserves the right to modify, disable, or discontinue virtual economy features without liability for user losses.

It supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or communications. • No Waiver: The failure of TCG Bahamas Ltd. to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of its rights. • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
62. Miscellaneous
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations under it without the prior written consent of TCG Bahamas Ltd. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this clause is void. TCG Bahamas Ltd. may assign or transfer this Agreement at its discretion without restriction. • No Partnership or Agency: Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and TCG Bahamas Ltd. Neither party has the authority to bind the other. • Survival: Any provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to indemnity, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and governing law. • Headings: The section titles and headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. • Language: This Agreement is provided in English. If translated into other languages, the English version shall govern in the event of any inconsistencies or disputes. • Notices: Any notices or communications required or permitted under this Agreement must be in writing and delivered to TCG Bahamas Ltd. at its official registered address or to the email address specified in the Terms and Conditions. • Third-Party Beneficiaries: This Agreement does not and is not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties to this Agreement.

Users engaging in transactions involving UNIT Tokens, digital assets, or other in-game currency may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process may include providing valid identification, proof of address, and other supporting documentation.
63.2 Transaction Monitoring
TCG Bahamas Ltd. reserves the right to monitor all transactions conducted on the platform for suspicious activities, including but not limited to unusually large or frequent transactions, patterns consistent with money laundering, or transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities.
63.3 Reporting Obligations
If any transactions are flagged as suspicious, TCG Bahamas Ltd. may report such activities to the appropriate regulatory or governmental authorities in accordance with The Bahamas’ AML laws. Users acknowledge and agree that such reporting may occur without prior notice or liability.
63.4 Account Suspension or Termination
TCG Bahamas Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or non-compliant activities without notice, pending further investigation.

65. Specific Digital Asset Usage Rights

Users obtain a non-exclusive, revocable license to use acquired digital assets solely within TCG World. This license does not confer proprietary rights to the underlying intellectual property or technology.
65.2 Post-Termination Access
Upon account termination, users forfeit access to digital assets within TCG World. However, self-custodied UNIT Tokens stored in external wallets remain outside TCG Bahamas Ltd.’s control.
65.3 Modification or Removal
TCG Bahamas Ltd. reserves the right to modify, disable, or remove digital assets at its sole discretion. Such actions may occur without notice or liability.
65.4 External Transactions
The purchase, sale, or trading of UNIT Tokens or digital assets on external platforms is conducted at the user’s own risk. TCG Bahamas Ltd. disclaims liability for losses arising from third-party interactions or external transactions.
65.5 No Guarantee of Value
TCG Bahamas Ltd. does not guarantee the stability, value, or future utility of digital assets. Users acknowledge and accept all risks associated with market volatility and operational changes.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By accessing, using, or continuing to use TCG World, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and TCG Bahamas Ltd. regarding your use of the platform and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or communications, whether written or oral.
If you do not agree to any of the terms outlined in this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of TCG World and its associated services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acknowledgment and acceptance of this Agreement and any future amendments.
This Agreement is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law and is governed exclusively by the laws of The Bahamas.
