 9. Unapproved Commercial Use: • Using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, selling goods or services, or conducting unauthorized transactions.

 11. Violation of Third-Party Rights: • Engaging in activities that infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of any third party.

 • No Refunds or Cancellations: 
TCG World does not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to: • Accidental transactions. • Purchases made with compromised accounts or unauthorized access. • Changes in market value of digital assets or UNIT tokens.
 • Waiver of Consumer Rights: 
Users waive any rights to refunds, chargebacks, or withdrawal periods under applicable consumer protection laws, as the value of digital assets is subject to market fluctuations beyond TCG World’s control.
 By using the Platform, users accept full responsibility for their transactions and release TCG World from any liability related to refunds, reversals, or cancellations.

 4. Complete Assumption of Risk by Users: • By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with the use of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the services provided by TCG World.

Users expressly waive any claims for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, diminished usability, or perceived devaluation of digital assets arising from their use of the Platform or inability to access Platform features. This waiver applies regardless of the cause, including negligence, technical issues, or third-party actions.
 1. Private Key Management: • Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their blockchain wallets and private keys. Loss or compromise of private keys may result in the permanent and irreversible loss of digital assets. TCG World cannot assist in recovering lost assets.
 2. Account Security: • Users are responsible for securing their account credentials and taking reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access.
 3. Self-Assumed Risks: • By accessing the Platform, users acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to irreversible transactions, volatility, and exposure to malicious actors.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TCG World, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG World shall bear no liability whatsoever for any claims, losses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your use of the Platform. Users expressly waive any right to legal recourse or remedies against TCG World under any circumstances.

By accessing or using the TCG World Platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TCG World, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and partners (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising out of or related to:

1. Broad Indemnification: • This indemnification obligation applies to all claims, losses, and damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, and regardless of the legal theory or basis of the claim.
 2. No Limitation on Liability: • Your obligation to indemnify TCG World is not limited by the nature or size of the damages claimed. This obligation extends to all reasonable costs incurred by TCG World in defending, settling, or resolving such claims, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, court costs, and investigative expenses. • Failure to comply with indemnification obligations may result in legal action to recover damages or costs incurred by TCG World.

1. Exclusive Control: TCG World reserves the exclusive right to assume the defense and control of any claim subject to indemnification under these Terms. Users agree to cooperate fully with TCG World in the defense of any such claims.
 2. Settlement Authority: 
TCG World retains sole authority to settle or resolve any indemnified claims without requiring the user’s prior approval, provided that such settlement does not impose additional liability or obligations on the user beyond those outlined in these Terms.
 3. No Waiver of Rights: 
TCG World’s decision not to assert indemnification in certain cases does not waive its rights to indemnification in other instances or for future claims.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk: By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your interactions with digital assets, UNIT tokens, other users, and third-party services involve significant risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, market volatility, transaction irreversibility, malicious actors, and regulatory uncertainties.
 2. No Liability for Losses: 
Users expressly waive any claims against TCG World for losses, damages, or liabilities arising from these inherent risks.

1. Account Restrictions: TCG World reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you fail to fulfill your indemnification obligations.
 2. Recovery of Costs: 
TCG World may take legal action to recover costs, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to comply with indemnification requirements.
 3. Binding Nature of Indemnification: 
These indemnification obligations are binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, the Platform, or the use of digital assets, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users acknowledge that all disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved solely through arbitration as outlined in Section 13.2.

Arbitration Requirement: • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, digital assets, UNIT tokens, or any related transaction or activity shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. • Arbitration shall be conducted in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules or a similar recognized arbitration framework selected by TCG World.

Arbitration Process: • The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the selected arbitration framework. • Proceedings shall be conducted in English, and all costs of arbitration shall be borne by the party bringing the claim unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
 3. No Class Actions: • Users agree that all claims must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions, collective proceedings, or representative claims are expressly prohibited.
 4. Final and Binding Decision: • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Users waive any right to appeal or contest the arbitrator’s ruling.

If a user breaches these Terms, any applicable policies, or any laws or regulations related to the use of the Platform.
 2. Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity: 
If TCG World suspects unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent use of an account or digital assets.
 3. Non-Compliance with AML/KYC Requirements: 
Failure to provide truthful or accurate information during account registration or as part of ongoing compliance requirements, if applicable.
 4. Threats, Harassment, and Blackmail:  
Any attempts to extort, blackmail, or harass TCG World, its employees, or users, whether through legal, reputational, or other means, will result in immediate account termination and referral to legal authorities.
 • If a user engages in or attempts to engage in any of the following behaviors: • Making threats against TCG World, its employees, or other users. • Harassing or intimidating the company or its personnel. • Engaging in blackmail, extortion, or coercive behavior, including attempts to extract money or favors in exchange for ceasing harmful actions (e.g., FUD, misinformation campaigns, or defamation).
 5. Disruptive or Harmful Conduct: 
Activities that disrupt the operation of the Platform, harm other users, or interfere with TCG World’s systems, including attempts to exploit vulnerabilities or use automated tools.
 6. Regulatory or Legal Requirements: 
If required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or enforcement actions in any jurisdiction.
 7. Termination of Services: 
If TCG World decides to discontinue the Platform or specific features, functionality, or services.

1. Loss of Access: Upon termination or suspension, users will lose access to their accounts and the ability to interact with the Platform, including any associated features, functionalities, or digital assets within the Platform environment.
 2. Irrevocable Nature of Blockchain Assets: 
While access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, users retain ownership of their blockchain-based digital assets stored in their external wallets. However, TCG World reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to in-game features, benefits, or functionality associated with these digital assets on the Platform. TCG World cannot and will not alter, delete, or interfere with blockchain assets stored externally, as such assets remain under the sole control of the user via their private wallets. Users acknowledge that Platform access and functionality related to these assets are contingent upon compliance with these Terms.
 3. No Refunds or Compensation: 
TCG World shall not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for digital assets, UNIT tokens, or any other purchases or activities related to the Platform upon termination or suspension.
 4. Survival of Terms: 
Provisions related to liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other relevant sections of these Terms shall survive the termination of your account.

1. Account Closure: • Users may terminate their accounts at any time by submitting a formal request through TCG World’s designated support channels. • Account closure does not entitle users to refunds or compensation for digital assets, UNIT tokens, or other purchases.
 2. Effects of User Termination: • Upon closure, users lose access to all in-platform functionalities. Blockchain-based assets remain accessible through the user’s external wallet and are not affected by account termination.

1. Investigation of Activities: TCG World reserves the right to investigate user activities leading to termination or suspension to determine if further legal or administrative actions are necessary.
 2. Retention of Data: 
TCG World may retain user data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce these Terms, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
 3. Platform Integrity: 
TCG World retains the right to act in the best interest of the Platform and its community by removing disruptive users, restricting malicious activities, and ensuring operational stability.

By using the Platform, you agree to waive any claims against TCG World arising from the termination or suspension of your account, including but not limited to claims for lost access, lost profits, or lost digital assets. Upon termination or suspension of an account, TCG World is not obligated to provide continued access to any digital assets or account features. Users acknowledge that blockchain-registered assets, including UNIT tokens and virtual land, may only be accessible through external wallets. TCG World assumes no responsibility for facilitating such access following account termination or suspension.

Ownership of virtual land within TCG World is governed by the following terms:
 1. Blockchain-Based Ownership: • Virtual land in TCG World is represented as blockchain-based digital assets, with ownership recorded and verified on the blockchain. • Users who hold the private keys to a wallet containing virtual land tokens are recognized as the lawful owners of the corresponding parcels of land.
 2. In-Platform Use: • Ownership of virtual land grants users the right to interact with, develop, and customize their land within the TCG World Platform. • Landowners must comply with these Terms and any additional land-related rules or guidelines provided by TCG World.
 3. No Proprietary Ownership Rights: • Land ownership pertains strictly to the blockchain token and its associated metadata. Users do not acquire proprietary rights to the underlying technology, design, or intellectual property associated with the virtual land.
 4. Non-Exclusive Platform Access: • Ownership of virtual land does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or its features, as such access may be subject to maintenance, updates, or suspension in accordance with these Terms.

1. Land Development and Customization: • Users may develop and customize their virtual land in accordance with TCG World’s land-use policies. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: • Hosting or displaying unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content. • Developing land for activities that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
 2. Marketplace Transactions: • Users may sell, trade, or transfer ownership of their virtual land on third-party marketplaces or within TCG World’s designated marketplace. • TCG World is not liable for disputes, errors, or losses arising from transactions conducted on third-party platforms.
 3. Metadata and Asset Evolution: • Virtual land may include metadata that evolves based on user actions, Platform updates, or other factors determined by TCG World. • TCG World reserves the right to update or modify metadata to improve functionality, ensure compliance, or maintain Platform integrity.

Prohibited Activities: • Virtual land must not be used for activities that disrupt the Platform, harm other users, or violate applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to: • Hosting malicious content, such as malware or phishing schemes. • Using land to facilitate illegal transactions or money laundering. • Developing or displaying content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates community standards.
 2. Enforcement of Usage Rules: • TCG World reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke Platform access for landowners who violate these restrictions.

1. User Responsibility for Transactions: • Users assume full responsibility for any transactions involving virtual land, including purchases, sales, and transfers. • TCG World is not liable for losses, errors, or disputes arising from these transactions.
 2. Platform Updates and Modifications: • TCG World reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features related to virtual land as part of ongoing Platform development. • These updates may affect land functionality, metadata, or in-platform features, and users acknowledge that such changes are a condition of using the Platform.

1. Platform Suspension or Termination: In the event of Platform suspension or termination, users will retain ownership of their virtual land tokens on the blockchain but may lose access to the in-platform features associated with their land.
 2. Non-Refundable Transactions: 
All transactions related to virtual land, including purchases, sales, and customizations, are final and non-refundable.

By accessing and using the TCG World Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, including those related to blockchain technology and digital assets, within their jurisdiction.

User Responsibility: • Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their actions, transactions, and use of digital assets on the Platform comply with local, national, and international laws. • This includes compliance with laws related to digital assets, blockchain transactions, tax reporting, and intellectual property rights.
 2. Restricted Jurisdictions: • Access to the Platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory or legal constraints. Users are responsible for determining whether their jurisdiction permits participation in TCG World. • Users in jurisdictions where blockchain technology, digital assets, or similar platforms are prohibited must refrain from using the Platform.
 3. Tax Obligations: • TCG World does not provide tax advice. Users are responsible for understanding and fulfilling their tax obligations related to transactions, ownership, or activities conducted on the Platform.

To maintain the integrity of the Platform and ensure compliance with applicable laws, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
 1. Illegal Activities: • Using the Platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: • Money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud. • Engaging in illegal gambling, human trafficking, or other criminal activities.

Harmful Conduct: • Actions that disrupt or harm the Platform, its users, or TCG World, including: • Attempting to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to TCG World systems. • Spreading malware, viruses, or other harmful software. • Conducting denial-of-service attacks or other malicious activities.
 3. Market Manipulation: • Attempting to manipulate the price, value, or perceived utility of UNIT tokens, virtual land, or other digital assets, including through coordinated activities or fraudulent transactions.
 4. Violation of Intellectual Property Rights: • Uploading, sharing, or using content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of TCG World or third parties.
 5. Use of Automated Tools: • Employing bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform, including data scraping or executing transactions.
 6. Impersonation or Misrepresentation: • Impersonating another person, entity, or TCG World representative. • Providing false or misleading information to TCG World or other users.
 7. Circumvention of Rules: • Attempting to bypass Platform restrictions, security measures, or terms, including the use of VPNs to evade geographic limitations.

1. Monitoring and Detection: • TCG World actively monitors the Platform for prohibited activities and reserves the right to investigate suspicious behavior.
 2. Account Actions: • Users engaging in prohibited activities may face penalties, including: • Suspension or termination of their account. • Revocation of access to specific Platform features or digital assets.
 3. Legal and Regulatory Reporting: • TCG World reserves the right to report prohibited activities to relevant authorities, including law enforcement or regulatory agencies, as required by applicable laws.

 2. Waiver of Liability: • Users waive any claims against TCG World arising from enforcement actions, regulatory penalties, or legal disputes resulting from prohibited uses or non-compliance.

Users may have the ability to create, upload, and share content, including text, images, and other media, within the TCG World Platform. By doing so, you agree to adhere to the following content standards:
 Acceptable Content: • All posts and shared content must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and community guidelines provided by TCG World. • Content should respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of others.
 Prohibited Content: • Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws is strictly prohibited, including: • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language. • Defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit material. • Promotion of violence, illegal activities, or self-harm. • False, misleading, or fraudulent information. • Unauthorized use of copyrighted material or intellectual property. • Malware, viruses, or other harmful technologies.
 Accuracy and Ownership: • You warrant that all content you upload or share is your original work or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share it. • Misrepresentation, including impersonation of others, is prohibited.

Users must use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Activities that disrupt, harm, or violate the integrity of the Platform, other users, or TCG World are strictly prohibited.

By using the Platform, you agree not to:
 • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. • Upload, share, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive. • Harass, stalk, or intimidate other users, TCG World employees, or third parties. • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical loopholes in the Platform for personal or financial gain. • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access, manipulate, or interfere with the Platform. • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful software. • Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas. • Post advertisements, spam, or solicitations not expressly permitted by TCG World.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of prohibited content, or referral to legal authorities where applicable.

 2. Legal Notice for Updates: • Users who continue to access or use the Platform following updates to these Terms agree to be bound by the revised Terms. Users who disagree with any amendments must immediately cease using the Platform and notify TCG World in writing to request account termination. Failure to do so will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms

Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to:

 2. Security Vulnerabilities: • The Platform may be subject to hacking, unauthorized access, or other malicious activities beyond TCG World’s control. • Users are responsible for securing their private keys and wallet credentials.
 3. Market Volatility: • The value of digital assets, including UNIT tokens and virtual land, may fluctuate significantly due to market conditions, regulatory changes, or other external factors.
 4. Third-Party Dependencies: • The Platform relies on third-party blockchain networks and services. TCG World is not responsible for disruptions, failures, or changes affecting those networks.

By submitting Contributions, users retain ownership of their original content. However, users grant TCG World a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from the Contributions for purposes related to the operation, marketing, and improvement of the Platform.
 Users acknowledge that: • Submission of Contributions does not entitle them to compensation, royalties, or additional rights beyond the scope of this license. • The licensing terms of user Contributions are further detailed in Section 27: Intellectual Property Policy.

Users are prohibited from submitting Contributions that:
 • Contain material deemed harmful, inappropriate, illegal, or offensive by TCG World. • Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of any third party. • Include viruses, malware, or other malicious content designed to disrupt the Platform or harm others. • Promote illegal activities, violence, or hate speech.
 TCG World retains sole discretion to determine whether Contributions fall under these prohibited categories and reserves the right to act accordingly.

TCG World has absolute authority to:
 • Review, edit, or delete Contributions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or explanation. • Suspend or terminate the accounts of users who submit Contributions that violate these Terms or any applicable laws. • Retain or discard Contributions at its sole discretion, regardless of user requests for removal or retention.
 Users acknowledge that TCG World is not obligated to review or monitor Contributions but may do so at its sole discretion.

By submitting Contributions, users represent, warrant, and agree that:
 • They are the sole creators and owners of the Contributions or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit them. • The Contributions do not and will not infringe on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal protections of any third party. • They waive all claims against TCG World for any modification, deletion, or use of their Contributions in any form. • They will not hold TCG World liable for any disputes or damages related to their Contributions, including claims by third parties.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TCG World, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their Contributions, including but not limited to:
 • Allegations of intellectual property infringement. • Violations of privacy rights or other legal protections. • Losses, damages, or harm caused by the use, display, or distribution of Contributions.
 TCG World assumes no liability for any consequences arising from the submission, use, or removal of Contributions.

TCG World reserves the right to delete or discard Contributions at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Users agree that:
 • They have no right to demand the retention, display, or preservation of Contributions. • TCG World is under no obligation to store, archive, or make Contributions available to users or third parties.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, artwork, software, code, and other materials associated with the TCG World Platform (“Platform Content”) are the exclusive property of TCG World or its licensors.
 • Users acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights to Platform Content through their use of the Platform. • Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, creating derivative works, or otherwise using Platform Content without prior written consent from TCG World.

Users retain ownership of any original content they create and submit to the Platform. However, by submitting such content, users grant TCG World a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the content for purposes related to the operation, marketing, and improvement of the Platform.
 Users acknowledge that:
 • They have no claim to royalties, compensation, or additional rights from the use of their Contributions. • TCG World is not liable for any disputes or claims arising from their Contributions.

If users believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Platform, they may submit a formal complaint to support@tcg.world. Complaints must include:
 • A detailed description of the alleged infringement. • Proof of ownership of the intellectual property in question. • The location (URL or feature) where the infringing content is found.
 TCG World will review all valid complaints and take appropriate action, which may include the removal of the infringing material and/or suspension of the responsible user’s account.

TCG World complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will process takedown notices in accordance with applicable laws.
 • Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, TCG World will promptly remove the alleged infringing material and notify the user responsible. • Users who believe their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification in accordance with the DMCA.

By submitting Contributions, users represent, warrant, and agree that:
 • They are the sole creators and owners of the Contributions or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit them. • The Contributions do not and will not infringe on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal protections of any third party. • They waive all claims against TCG World for any modification, deletion, or use of their Contributions in any form. • They will not hold TCG World liable for any disputes or damages related to their Contributions, including claims by third parties.

Users submitting content to the Platform represent and warrant that:
 • They are the rightful owners of the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to submit it. • Their content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy rights, or other legal protections. • They will indemnify and hold harmless TCG World from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their content.

Users agree to:
 • Refrain from using TCG World’s trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials for any purpose without prior written consent. • Notify TCG World immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of TCG World’s intellectual property.

TCG World reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. This includes:
 • Initiating legal action against individuals or entities that infringe upon TCG World’s intellectual property. • Terminating accounts of users found to have violated intellectual property rights, including repeated infringers.

The TCG World marketplace facilitates transactions involving digital assets, including virtual land, collectibles, and other in-world items. By accessing or using the marketplace, users agree to the terms outlined in this section and acknowledge that all transactions are conducted at their own risk.

All sales of digital assets conducted through the TCG World marketplace are subject to a 5% royalty fee. This fee is automatically deducted from the seller’s proceeds at the time of sale and is allocated to support platform operations, ongoing development, and community rewards.
 • The buyer pays the full transaction amount, and the royalty fee is deducted from the seller's earnings. For example, if a digital asset is sold for $100, the seller will receive $95, and $5 will be retained by TCG World as a royalty. • Sellers agree to the royalty fee at the time of listing their digital assets. By proceeding with the listing, sellers acknowledge and accept that TCG World may adjust the royalty rate at its sole discretion without prior notice.

The UNIT Token is subject to an adaptable tax rate, which applies in the following circumstances:
 • Purchases of UNIT Tokens made directly through the TCG World website. • Trades involving UNIT Tokens conducted on decentralized applications (dApps) such as Uniswap or similar platforms.
 This tax rate begins at a higher level during the launch phase and is adjusted over time based on market conditions, targeting a long-term sustainable rate of approximately 2%. Taxes associated with UNIT Token transactions are final, non-refundable, and may be adjusted at TCG World’s sole discretion.

All transactions conducted on the TCG World platform, including marketplace sales and purchases of digital assets, are final and non-refundable. Users acknowledge that:
 1. Marketplace royalties, including the 5% fee on digital asset sales, are deducted from the seller's proceeds and are non-negotiable. 2. TCG World reserves the right to adjust royalty rates and UNIT Token transaction tax rates at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. 3. Users are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before listing or purchasing digital assets. No refunds, reversals, or alterations will be facilitated by TCG World post-confirmation. 4. By participating in marketplace transactions, users waive any claims against TCG World regarding royalty or transaction fee adjustments.

By using the TCG World marketplace or engaging in UNIT Token transactions, users acknowledge and agree to the following:

The marketplace supports cross-network functionality for digital assets, including transactions across Ethereum and SKALE. Users are responsible for verifying compatibility and accuracy when engaging in cross-network transactions. TCG World assumes no responsibility for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, transaction errors, or third-party interference.

TCG World reserves the right to modify any aspect of the marketplace or UNIT Token terms, including royalty rates, tax rates, transaction fees, and operational policies, at its sole discretion. It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates. Continued use of the marketplace or UNIT Token constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG World disclaims all liability for:
 • Losses resulting from the use, transfer, or trading of digital assets or the UNIT Token within or outside the marketplace. • Any interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in marketplace operations or UNIT Token transactions. • Third-party actions, including hacks, fraud, or unauthorized access. • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace or UNIT Token use, even if TCG World has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
