These Terms apply to your access to, use of and interaction with TCG World, including all creations of (amongst other) Non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”), content, functionality, and services offered on or through TCG World and your creation of any assets (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to “TCG World” offered by us. TCG World allows you to interact, collect, create, purchase, transfer and trade unique digital game NFTs assets. TCG World allows users like you to buy and publish on online land in TCG World, creating an interactive experience built for, and published on, TCG World. Everything a player owns exists in the blockchain.
The Policy may be amended from time-to-time. The up-to-date and applicable version is the one available on the Website. If there are amendments that affect one or more persons to a considerable degree, we will do our best to also directly inform these persons about this.
